The Timber Truss is a precision crafted truss designed for strength and visibility. The Timber Truss is built of in widths of  4x_  through 8x_ material. The maximum beam depth depends on what a mill will produce. We use Douglas Fir Lumber selected from the best large log mills on the American West Coast. Our beams are ordered  with light to no wane and free of heart center. We use both rough and surfaced beams to build the Timber Truss. We also use Glu-Lams for designs requiring arched  trusses.
Because the Timber truss is intended for display we encourage design input from the Architect, Owner and Building Contractor. After establishing structural minimums your design team can specify beam size, web configuration, plate style, bolt patterns and bolt size.  TimberMirror.gif (58672 bytes)
TripleGrip.gif (14127 bytes) The soul of the Timber Truss is our Patented Triple Grip Connector. We combine bolts, steel plates and gusset plates to create a strong and effective joint.
We fabricate the Timber Truss for delivery anywhere on the planet. Height and length restrictions may require your trusses to be unassembled for transportation then reassembled by your construction crew at the job site for installation. NA00837_.WMF (13080 bytes)
